Space is at a premium in New York City so as companies expand, they have to make the most of it.  This was an interesting challenge in laying out a cozy former conference room into a dual showroom--for intimates and shapewear as well as outdoor winter accessories.  Positioning two conference tables helped to dictate the space, anchored by two different floor treatments, helping to define the two selling areas.  The use of black faux beams with natural birch branches helped to frame the seasonal collection of hats, gloves and scarves.  A more boudoir inspired scheme, including a pink brocade adhesive wallpaper to disguise the practical slat wall with white acrylic frameworks adorned with black ornate moldings helped to elevate the glamour of the brand.  A velvet drape subdividing the collections within the predominantly pink space helped to soften the room, while a crystal chandelier over the conference table  completed the look.
